West Ryde Long Day Care Centre

West Ryde Long Day Care Centre is a 79 place centre which caters for children from 6 weeks – 6 years. It is a purpose built which opened in February 2007.
Fees       0-2yrs.  $100.00 per day
                2-3yrs. $90.00 per day
                3-5yrs. $83.00 per day
                $88 annual equipment fee for 1 child
                $110 annual equipment fee for 2 or more children
               
The centre consists of 4 light and bright, stimulating classrooms catering for children 0-2 years, 2-3 years, 3-4 years and 4-5 years. Each of our rooms has experienced and qualified Early Childhood staff, who aim to provide a welcoming, safe, stimulating environment where children can explore, develop and learn through a wide variety of experiences offered each day.
The centre’s program is based on the Emergent Curriculum and the Early Years Learning Framework. All staff attend regular training and seminars to ensure they are up to date with current early childhood practices and information.
We welcome family involvement and believe that input from our centre’s community is an integral part of the everyday running of our centre. We welcome the sharing of family experiences, cultures and ideas within our learning environment to enrich the children’s development, learning and understanding of the world around them.
At West Ryde Long Day Care we provide everything that your child will need while at the centre, including nappies, bottles & formula (S26), cot & bed sheets, sunscreen and meals including  a hot cooked lunch. The children are catered for with a nutritionally balanced menu prepared at the centre each day by a qualified cook. Weekly menus are displayed for families to view and individual needs including allergies will also be catered for.
The centre is accredited with high quality in all 7 areas and we conduct regular checks to ensure that we maintain and provide the highest quality care for all the children at all times.
